Dr. Ian Mogilevsky

Frequently Asked questions

My fees are determined by the schedule suggested for registered psychologists by the Manitoba Psychological Society. As of January 2026, Dr. Ian’s doctoral-level or college-registered associates’ hourly session fee is $240 for a 50-minute “hour,” and $250 for a 50-minute “hour” for couples or families. In addition, their session’s assessment fee is $240 per hour. His master’s level clinician’s hourly rate is lower. Please ask for details.

Because I am a registered psychologist, a portion of the fee is generally covered by most private health insurance providers, but it is important to check with your insurance provider to find out the extent of your coverage. My office does not offer direct billing except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., MPI or WCB). Payment is required at each session, by Interac, MasterCard, VISA, or cash.

Although Doctoral-level clinicians do not provide a discounted rate, our Master ‘s-level clinicians’ rate is slightly lower. Please contact us for more details.
